Continuity of Care

Current patients of Dr. Lowe, Daniel Burkhart, PA-C, Wendy Pugh, LCSW, or Sara Curry, LCSW with Aetna, Cigna, UHC/Optum, UMR, or Tricare insurance can continue to be seen online for therapy through our Ohio office and those patients who are NOT taking a stimulant medication for ADHD or Binge Eating Disorder or other controlled substance can continue to be seen online for medication management through our Ohio office.  Some, but not all, Florida Blue/Anthem patients can be seen outside the state of FL and can be seen online through our Ohio office (we will check and verify this before scheduling you).  Click here for the Ohio Providers for Healthy Living website. 

Any current or new patient with Ambetter, Florida Blue/Anthem, Humana (including Medicare and Medicaid), Medicare, UHC/Optum (including Medicare), UMR, or Surest insurance can continue to be seen by Dr. Lowe through Grow Therapy.  Click here to register and request an appointment.

Any current patient with Medicaid insurance will need to find a new provider for ongoing care as we can't see Medicaid patients outside the state of Florida and we aren't credentialed for most Medicaid plans elsewhere.  Elite DNA Behavioral Health has multiple offices throughout the state of Florida and accepts several Medicaid plans.  They offer online registration and scheduling.  If they don't accept your particular Medicaid plan, please reach out to your primary care provider or insurance plan for a referral.  You can also call our office to discuss your options at 407-219-3281 if you can't find a new provider.
